Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packaging to ensure the ring is protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Our team will inspect the returned item for quality assurance and process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
